I had the opportunity to work with Jahde on a few occasions within Descomplica, both in partner areas and on the team itself. On one of these occasions, I was her leader as PM of the organic growth team. She is extremely responsible and dedicated to her deliverables. Despite specializing in UI/UX, she studied a lot about SEO and crawler accessibility to ensure that the team's deliverables had results in production. In addition to studying the technicalities of SEO, she also got involved in the front-end code side together with the developers, to ensure the best user experience, both on mobile and on the desk. In addition to her technical skills, she has a strong profile for working in teams and product teams. She is a complete professional!

The fact that Jahde and I work on separate projects and yet manage to collaborate so much says a lot about the professional she is. You know that person who makes you wonder, 'Does she have the same number of hours available in her day as I do?'. It's not just about productivity, it's about responsibility to the user, about care for quality and above all about being a collaborator in the true sense of the word, not just in the corporate definition. A professional passionate about her craft, who manages to inspire those around her and certainly makes a difference not only on a professional level, but also on a personal one.

I have had the opportunity to work directly and indirectly with Jahde over the past two years and I am always amazed by her dedication and concern.
